Every company that creates relevant content in one way or another is able to create a community around it. To have people who eagerly await new content and who reshare the new articles you publish and "infect" their colleagues, bringing them into the community, this is the erotic dream of every social media specialist or rather community manager. A role that is now fundamental for modern social media marketing activities in 2019. In this interview with Enrico Lugnan of Avenik and founder of Social Media Hacks Italia , we explore his daily work as a (social media) marketer with a focus on growth marketing, and his contribution as a community marketer for the launch and development of a interesting as well as effervescent new Italian community of "social media hackers". It's a pleasure Enrico to interview you.
First of all, tell us what you do every day and how is your typical Germany Telegram Number Data day organised? Hi Daniel, Thank you for the opportunity. I like to think that I solve problems, perhaps a little too much because I have always idolized the figure of Mr. Wolf in Pulp Fiction and since the first time I watched Tarantino's masterpiece I have always wanted to become one. In practice I deal with social media marketing and conversion strategy with techniques that today are defined as growth hacking , therefore an alternative data-driven approach that aims to maximize long-term ROI. With the time that Avenik, Social Media Hacks Italia and consultancy takes up, perfect organization of the day is essential and I have spent months refining my typical day. I wake up at 6.00 every day from Monday to Sunday. Until 7.30 I have breakfast and read, then at 7.30 I turn on my phone and check the notifications.
The morning is the time of day where I take care of all the manual tasks or consultancy, then at 2.30pm the meeting with the office in Colombia arrives promptly. 30 minutes of briefing and then off to the afternoon appointments. Paid media team. Business development meeting. Calls with potential leads and active customers. At 8.00 pm I switch off and repeat all this from Monday to Friday. I generally use the weekend to recharge and relax a bit and be ready for the following week.
